Bungie vs The World, Every year without fail, Bungie – the developers behind Halo3 celebrate all things Halo and Bungie on the 7th day of the 7th month (7th July for the confused!). Previous years have included free gamerpics, free themes, and the occasional free map pack to a handful of lucky gamers.Bungie Day this year will see a new special playlist on Halo3 that will enable gamers to compete in 4 vs 4 matches to try and earn themselves Recon Armor and play with the Bungie Team as reported in their recent podcast. Another surprise is that the special ‘Bungie vs The World’ playlist will include a whopping 32 different map variants as created by the Bungie Community.
No further information about required map packs needed, or other surprises on Bungie Day 7th July 2009 have been revealed.
